Who was Saint Valentine?

One legend contends that Valentine was a priest who served during the third century in Rome. When Emperor Claudius II decided that single men made better soldiers than those with wives and families, he outlawed marriage for young men — his crop of potential soldiers. Valentine, realizing the injustice of the decree, defied Claudius and continued to perform marriages for young lovers in secret. My name is Omar.I´m fourteen years old. My birthday is in March.
I´m short and thin. I havegot dark skin, short and black hair and black eyes.
I'm from Sahara. I live in Zamora, with my brother and his family. I have got two sisters and six brothers.
I study the second course of ESO at Río Duero High School. My favourite subject is P.E.
My favourite food is quebab. My hobbie is football. My favourite team is Real Madrid. Messi is my favourite football player.

It happened on 13th of October of 2008. It happened in the Caribbean Sea. It was a tropical depression of fifteen litres, and it became stronger little by little until it became a tropical storm the next day, 14th of October, with 110 kilometres per hour. There weren't important damages, because it was in the sea, only a few fallen trees. It was caused by a tropical atmospheric disturbance. No lives were lost. It was in Puerto Rico, EEUU Islas Vírgenes and República Dominicana. There weren't people helping in the dissater.
